Items sold through our website go through strict quality control procedures. In case of damaged or defective items, contact us at contact@pranca-jewelry.com within 3 days from receiving the item.

Returns and refunds are subject to inspection.

Items must be unused and returned with their original packaging. Used or incomplete returns may not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer. Once approved or denied of this request, you will be informed via e-mail.

Return-related shipping to and from the customer will be borne by him/her.

To keep your jewelry in good condition, store it in a pouch or box in between wears.

Sterling Silver

Pranca uses high quality sterling silver. Avoid exposure to chemicals such as cosmetics, chlorine, and salt water so as to preserve the item’s plating. Give it a good clean with commercially available cloths.

To clean your gold jewelry, dip it in lukewarm water, mild detergent, and brush it out with a soft bristled brush.
